Next Generation Hand Safety -The Peak of Cut Resistance
Offered by PIP® (Protective Industrial Products), G-Tek® PolyKor® Xrystal® is an advanced engineered yarn that represents the next generation in maximum cut protection and comfort in industrial safety. PolyKor® Xrystal® fiber is a blend of high-modulus polyethylene and mineral-based 
fibers.
These mineral-based fibers have a similar chemical composition to glass but are inherently better in terms of strength, heat and oxidation resistance as well as compression and shear. A continuous fiber is produced through igneous rock melt extrusion creating one of the world’s strongest, toughest and hardest fibers that is at the peak of cut protection performance.

CUT-PROTECTION
PolyKor® Xrystal® 13-gauge seamless knit shell is lightweight, comfortable and provides excellent dexterity, tactile sensitivity and ANSI A4 cut resistance.
FOOD CONTACT COMPLIANT
The snug fitting knit wrists prevent debris from penetrating the glove and features color-coded hems for easy size identification. Washable, resistant to chemicals, water, and ultraviolet light, PolyKor® Xrystal® gloves are compliant with FDA Part 177 - Indirect food activities: Polymers. Subpart C - Substances for use only as components of articles intended for repeated use. Sec. 177.2600. Some styles are touchscreen compatible and will elevate safety compliance by allowing the user to operate a touch screen phone or device without removing gloves.
Available in different coatings, below are a variety of cut-reistant palm and finger coated seamless knit PolyKor® Xrystal® blended gloves. They feature a snug fitting knit wrist with color coded hems for easy size identification. Some styles are touchscreen compatible and will elevate safety compliance by allowing the user to operate a touch screen phone or device without removing work gloves.
- #16-X570 G-Tek® PolyKor® Xrystal® Glove with NeoFoam® Grip offers great abrasion resistance and outstanding wet/dry grip. This style is made from component materials that comply with Federal Regulations for food contact 21 CFR, 170-199 and are touchscreen compatible.
- #16-X540 G-Tek® PolyKor® Xrystal® Glove with Polyurethane Coated Grip provide great abrasion resistance, excellent puncture resistance and outstanding wet/dry grip.
