These Contender™ knitted sleeve protectors from Superior Glove® feature a knitted Kevlar® fabrication. With a A5 cut level rating, these sleeves are the first knitted sleeves on the market designed for workers exposed to fire and arc flash hazards such as electrical maintenance, equipment maintenance and petrochemical. Inherently flame resistant, these cut safety arm covers resist buring, melting and provide 360 degree cut protection. Tapered 18-in protective sleeves provides a snug fit that conforms and stay up and on the arms to prevent sleeves from catching on obstacles or interfering with work.
