The preferred choice of EMS professionals, MegaMover® is a strong, disposable alternative for transporting patients down stairs, along unstable terrain and through narrow hallways or extracting them from confined spaces like bathrooms.

Weighing only 1.3 lbs, the MegaMover® Tactical Transport Unit from Graham Medical® is ideal for use in Tactical Active Shooter events and can transport up to 500lbs. Patients can be quickly loaded from either direction and feature patient strap buckles and straps at both ends of unit for dragging.
