Humidity Indicator Cards (HICs) are designed to provide an easy-to-read visual display indicating the relative humidity within a closed environment such as a package, cabinet or machine compartment. The relative humidity is key to preserving sensitive equipment and goods so they are not damaged by mold, moisture or corrosion. Ideal for managing relative humidity when used in conjunction with commercial desiccants.

Our ValuBran three-spot, 30-40-50% Humidity Indicators are 2” x 3” in size, perfect for monitoring small spaces yet effective enough for larger ones. An advanced warning system helps you identify problems before they become loss, as the color changes from blue to pink as humidity levels increases.

Once the 30% blue spot turns pink, it is a warning that the humidity is rising to possibly damaging levels. Once the 40% spot turns, it is time to change the desiccant or drying agent you are using to keep the space moisture free. If the 50% indicator turn pink, check the item for possible moisture damage before using or distributing.
