Super Moisture Adsorption in a Small Durable Packet!

Features a Built-in Color Indicator That Signals Time to Replace

Big things come in little packages and MiniPax® sorbent packets deliver. If you need to control moisture in a sealed packaging environment during shipping and seek a compact and non-dusting high capacity sorbent, then consider MiniPax® Indicating Silica Gel Desiccant Packets to prevent mold, mildew, odor and rust along the distribution chain.

MiniPax® are supported by a Type III Drug Master File, use 21 CFR-compliant materials, and are suitable for use in all regulated product packaging.

Formed of welded, uncoated medical grade Tyvek® for high strength, these pillow packs are virtually puncture proof making them ideal for the most rugged applications. Carefully formulated and closely managed during manufacturing, MiniPax® Indicating Silica Gel Packets feature a network of microscopic pores that has an insatiable thirst for moisture and is capable of adsorbing greater than 30% of its weight at a relative humidity (RH) of 60% or above. Indicating Silica gel is extremely efficient at temperatures below 77°F (25°C).

Impregnated with cobalt chloride and constructed with an integral transparent strip (or window) on the backside, this packet will change from blue to pink as moisture is adsorbed. This is valuable when it is necessary to know with certainty that dryness is being maintained and to signal when the drying agent should be replaced. Made in USA.

These desiccants are best when relative humidity is at least 40%. The area covered is calculated at 77° F and 40% relative humidity.

Applications Include Pharmaceuticals / In-Vitro Diagnostics / Medical Devices / Food Packaging / Electronic Equipment / Optical Instruments / Clothing / Agriculture/flower packaging
