Stay visible, warm and dry while on the job This ANSI Type R Class 3 Ripstop Softshell Black Bottom Bomber Jacket from PIP® is intended for workers requiring the highest level of visibility, have high task loads and need to be visible throughout a full range of body motions.

Type R garments provide enhanced visibility for workers who are exposed to highway traffic over 25 mph and working against complex backgrounds durnig daytime and nighttime environments. This includes exposure to vehicles using the highway for purposes of travel, roadway temporary traffic control (TTC) zones or from work vehicles and construction equipment within a roadway temporary traffic control (TTC) zone. Ideal for roadway construction workers, survey crews, utility workers, railway and metro workers, and emergency response personnel.

This high quality Ripstop Softshell Black Bottom Jacket masks staining and is constructed with tri-laminate ripstop polyester softshell with an inner polyester grid fleece lining and TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane) membrane that makes jacket water resistant, windproof and breathable. A removable grid fleece lining reduces fabric weight while increasing warmth and enhances both wicking efficiency and breathability. The 2-inch segmented reflective material allows the garment to be more flexible than traditional solid tape would, providing more comfort to the user while still meeting the necessary ANSI requirements for reflective surface area.
