These ranger style bump caps from PIP® are designed with a removable HDPE liner to safeguard against accidental bumping or scraping of the head. Trying to get workers to wear head protection can be tough, especially in areas where hard hats are not required. This sporty style ranger bump cap of the HardCap™ line is sure to increase acceptability and reduce injuries by the wearers.

The inner protective HDPE liner is removable, so that the outer cap can be fully washable with a plastic brim and features an adjustable chin strap. 3" wide full brim protects, face, neck, ears form the sun's UV rays. Provided with a terry cloth sweatband will add comfort and absorption for the wearer. Reflective piping adds extra visibility and safety in all working environments. While holes in the liner match up with two mesh panels on the cap to provide added ventilation for wearers coolness and comfort. Adjustable chinstrap.
