PROPRIETARY ESD FORMULATION ALLOWS A GREATER CAPACITY TO DISSIPATE STATIC CHARGES

A cleanroom is a controlled environment where concentration of airborne particles is controlled to specified limits. They are kept clean and their standard maintained by controlling and eliminating possible sources of contaminants generated by people, processes and equipment.  Cleanroom gloves are used for contamination control in regulated industries or critical manufacturing environments during applications where it is crucial to minimize particulates such as  laboratories, automotive paint lines, pharmaceutical, biotech research facilities, aerospace, electronics and semiconductors, circuit board, healthcare (USP 797), and biomedical device manufacturing operations.

Techniglove TechNitrile® TN2000W-E Series 12-inch Class 100 Cleanroom Nitrile Gloves are made with a proprietary ESD formulation developed for the hard disk industry. These cleanroom nitrile gloves meet stringent requirements for particles and extractables with a greater capacity to dissipate a static charge with a surface resistivity of 10-08 ohm/square per ESD-S11.11 Microtextured fingertips produce a clean surface that provides excellent grip, both wet and dry. Nitrile produces fewer contact transfers extractables and generates fewer particles than vinyl or latex. Silicone-free, latex-free.
