Ideal for patients who are paralyzed, injured, ill or very old and frail, advanced wound dressings protect the wound and accelerate the healing. Absorbing 12 times its own weight in moisture, high absorbent Dynarex® DynaGinate AG™ Silver Calcium Alginate Sterile Dressing contain antibacterial silver for three days of continued protection against infection. Used as a topical dressing for moderate to high exudating wounds, it readily conforms to any wound bed and gels on contact with moisture and assists in maintaining a moist wound site. Non-adhering dressing facilitates dressing changes with less discomfort and trauma. Ideal for infected wounds, diabetic ulcers, leg ulcers, donor sites, moderate to heavy draining, partial to full thickness wounds and wound stages III, IV.
