PIP® Flame-Resistant Arc Flash Coveralls, PPE 2 - 8 Cal/cm2

Certified to NFPA 70E (Arc Flash Protection ) and NFPA 2112 (Flash Fire Protection)

Flash fires and arc flashes happen fast and can cause severe damage or even death. PIP® PPE 2 Flame-Resistant Arc Flash 8 Cal/cm2 coveralls pass specific ASTM tests that deem the fabric flame resistant. Flame resistant coveralls provide protection against clothing ignition, sustained flame spread and will not melt or drip. Material resists ignition and self extinguish while the FR properties last for the wearable life of the garment. Meets the following standards:

• NFPA 1975-2009, NFPA 2112-2012
• NFPA 70E 2012, ASTM F 1506-2010a
• CAN/CGSB 155.20-2000, CAN/CGSB 155.22-97
• OSHA 29 CFR1910.269

Coveralls are sewn with aramid high tenacity FR thread and bar-tacked at all stress points. Has a protective stand-up collar with velcro closure for ease of use. Additional storm guard with velcro closure. Coveralls have an action back for mobility, side elasticized waist for comfort and FR rib knit cuffs for extra safety. There is a hook & loop closure on the bottom with 2 waist patch pockets that have additional side access. UL Certified. Navy Blue.
