These low profile bump caps from PIP® are designed with a removable HDPE liner to safeguard against accidental bumping or scraping of the head. Trying to get workers to wear head protection can be tough, especially in areas where hard hats are not required. The sporty style baseball bump cap of the HardCap A1+™ is sure to increase acceptability and reduce injuries by the wearers. New micro 1" brim ultra sleek design means the HardCap A1+™ bump cap is almost indistinguishable from a regular baseball cap.

The inner protective HDPE liner is removable, so that the outer cap can be fully washable with a plastic brim. With a unique size adjuster that slides on an elastic strip to give wearer a quick, secure fit. Bump caps are angled downward to fit under the nape of the neck. Provided with a terry cloth sweatband will add comfort and absorption for the wearer. Reflective piping adds extra visibility and safety in all working environments. While holes in the liner match up with two mesh panels on the cap to provide added ventilation for wearers coolness and comfort. 1" Micro Brim.
